Customer Service Warehouse Associate

Ewing Outdoor Supply is a fourth generation, family-owned wholesale landscape, irrigation, and outdoor supply company seeking dependable, customer-focused team members to join their operations team. The company emphasizes treating customers right and having fun while doing it.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Sell landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation products.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard.
• Follow all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Inventory Management
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Aid in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Delivery and Transportation
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles.
• Deliver customer materials to local job sites while providing world-class customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

What We Are Looking For...

• Preferred, but not required: Warehouse associate experience, delivery driver experience, forklift certification, knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials, Spanish bi-lingual.
