About the role
Conduct customer service and hospitality training programs for employees across Sultan’s Dine branches in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical waiter and service-staff training covering service standards, guest handling, table service, grooming, communication, and professional etiquette.
- Visit branches to conduct on-site training, assessments, and follow-up sessions.
- Identify service gaps and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Train employees on professional guest interaction, complaint resolution, upselling techniques, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Monitor trainee performance and deliver constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, reports, assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all training programs meet professional hospitality and customer-service standards.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
