Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate training events, including managing schedules and participant lists.
  • Cook with other teams in CS, internally and externally.
  • Maintain the training calendar and participants list.
  • Gather necessary details from stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage reporting on training effectiveness, attendance, and other key metrics.
  • Create and maintain associated slide decks.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assign & create courses to employees in the LMS system.
  • Administer the training catalogs.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment required for all training sessions.
  • Manage equipment/appliance inventory, place purchase orders for new equipment, and track assets.
  • Arrange meals and accommodations for training attendees.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High-School Diploma – Required
  • Two-Year College (Business or related field) – Preferred
  • Four-Year College (Business or related field) – Preferred
  • 5-7 Years Experience (Event Planning or General Administration) - Required
  • Proven experience in training coordination or event planning role.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and typing.

  • 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
  • 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).
