This role supervises Front-End Staff (cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance) and serves as a role model by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values in a retail store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process refunds and voids
• Manage pick-up process
• Answer incoming calls
• Run and distribute daily reports
• Process rain checks
• Adhere to item refund policy
• Maintain and manage customer flow
• Support cashiers as needed
• Understand and enforce all procedures
• Oversee front end opening, crunch, and closing efficiencies
• Handle coupons
• Understand and use proper LP department codes and policies
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1+ years customer service and retail experience desirable
• Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred

Physical Demands

• Walking continuously throughout shift while moving about the store and handling merchandise
• Standing continuously throughout shift
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $15.00 - $20.00. Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
