Responsibilities

  • Provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all customers
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
  • Identify and address customer needs beyond normal teller transactions
  • Refer customers to other team members for further assistance

Requirements

  • Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
