Pay
Typically earns $22.00/hour, which includes a base pay of $12.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales and tips guaranteed up to an additional $4 per hour. Commissions and tips are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $6/hour in additional earnings.
