About the role
As a Customer Service Teammate at GO Car Wash, you’ll help customers care for their cars by explaining car wash options and requirements, preparing and loading their cars in our car washes, and assisting with self-cleaning options. You’ll also maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
- Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
- Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time
- Explain car wash options and requirements to customers
- Prepare and load cars in our car washes
- Assist customers with self-cleaning options
- Maintain car wash sites to ensure cleanliness and superior customer experience
Requirements
- At least 16 years old

Pay
Teammates in this role typically earn $15.00/hour, which includes a base pay of $13.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer depends on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
