You will have the opportunity to grow professionally through interfacing with internal and external customers and cross-discipline technical specialists. This is a non-exempt, paid hourly position based in Boise, ID.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing professional support and resolving inquiries.
  • Coordinate service requests and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Jacobs services, project status, billing, and company processes.
  • Confidently coordinate with engineering, project management, finance, and operations teams to support customer requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience.
  • Experience leading and/or managing a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, consulting, or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with project-based business environments.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $49,100.00 to $76,800.00 and will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
