Job Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound customer communication via email, phone and chat to include:
- Job site readiness confirmations
- Reschedule requests
- Escalations and damage claim resolution
- Route progress / impact updates
- Product availability review and communication
- Real time route monitoring and communication
- Connect directly with fulfillment resources to advise, support, and solve situations that arise
Required Qualifications
