About the role

The Customer Service Specialist II position is based in El Paso, TX. This role supports the mission of Thrift Proud by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Savers mission and vision by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer care email inquiries and escalates to SSC if necessary.
  • Answer basic trouble-shooting questions or inquiries for stores.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and social media messages, accurately notating details.
  • Determine when an inquiry can be resolved on initial contact or requires escalation.
  • Make accurate entries into systems, logs, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior work in customer service in a call center environment preferred.
  • Background check required.

Qualifications

  • Able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time on the phone.

Skills

  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
