Our Customer Service Specialists are the backbone. We know that exceptional customer service is crucial to our brand, and the positive impact our team makes sets us apart.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Capture the nature of the issue and explain how our service works to new customers
• Schedule appointments with the right technician for the job
• Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians

Requirements

No technical knowledge or call centre experience is required. Full training will be provided.
