Customer Service Specialist - Cardlock & Fuel Cards

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and building relationships. Key responsibilities include providing friendly, professional customer service by phone and email, supporting current and potential Fleet Services customers, resolving customer questions and issues, working with internal teams to find solutions, communicating products, services, pricing, and account information, and finding win/win solutions for customers and Jubitz.

Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED or two-year degree
• Two or more years of office, customer service, or similar experience
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fuel industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work with numbers, percentages, and practical calculations
• Ability to understand technical procedures and regulations

$22.00–$25.00/hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday | In-Person | Hillsboro

Participate in our After-Hours Phone Rotation approximately 1 week per month (includes weekends), averaging 10–12 calls per week. $200 bonus for your after-hours rotation!
