About the role

Metropolis Spa & Salon is an upscale salon and luxury day spa located in the Princeton Shopping Center, right in the heart of Princeton. We are currently seeking customer service representatives to work and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using only the best hair care and skin care brands on the market.
• Multi-task effectively to handle various salon and spa services.
• Show a responsible and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior customer service, scheduling, or sales experience is desired but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Monday to Friday, weekend availability.
