Customer Service Specialist

About the role

This position is onsite at our Louisville KY office.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring resolutions
• Investigating and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently
• Making decisions following established customer experience guidelines
• Maintaining a customer-centric approach, in line with best practices and quality guidelines
• Exceeding productivity and quality standards
• Adapting to answer customers by phone, email, and social media platforms
• Being dependable to ensure consistent and reliable support for our customers by adhering to attendance standards
• Having a proven track record of strong multitasking and organizational skills, ensuring efficient and seamless handling of customer inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service excellence

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• 1+ years working in customer service (virtually or in person)
• Previous call center experience preferred but not required
• Able and knowledgeable using computers and various platforms (email, social media) to answer customer needs
• Must demonstrate availability and flexibility to work during operating hours as required

Location and Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday: 10 AM-9 PM EST
Saturday: 10 AM-6 PM EST
Sunday: 10 AM-6 PM EST
