Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Pay

$17.50 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm, with weekend coverage until 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple property locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
• Contact customers regarding payment status, send reminders, and perform collection calls as needed.
• Perform cleaning and routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments (e.g., retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles).
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling between locations (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb.
• Comfortable walking around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
