Customer Service Security Officer

Wage: $15.00/hour

Requirements

• Clean driving record and a valid MI driver’s license
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• Ability to walk long distances
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time, including climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

No experience necessary! Candidates with a retail, food service, or hospitality industry background are a great fit for this role. Training will be provided for those new to the security industry.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel
• Actively monitor premises, including patrolling a variety of locations
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and customers
