Job Description Customer Service & Sales Representative – Overnight | Bail Bonds Focus People is recruiting for full-time, direct-hire Inside Sales Representative with a well-established organization in the bail bond industry. Location: Marietta Night Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off Please note: This is a continuous rotating schedule consisting of four consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts followed by four consecutive days off. Scheduled workdays will rotate through weekends and holidays. We are especially interested in candidates who have successfully worked overnight, 10–12 hour, rotating, or other nontraditional shifts and understand what it takes to maintain that schedule long term. What You'll Do This is a customer-facing inside sales and client service position helping individuals and families navigate the bail process during stressful situations. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls and walk-ins, explaining services, building trust quickly, discussing pricing and payment options, negotiating within established guidelines, completing detailed documentation, processing payments, following up with customers, and managing multiple cases using phone and computer-based systems. Prior Bail Bond Experience Is Not Required. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can combine sales ability with empathy. You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have experience in inside sales, insurance, leasing, financial services, collections, hospitality, call centers, customer-service sales, or another relationship-driven environment Know how to turn an inquiry into a customer without using a high-pressure approach Can confidently discuss pricing, payments, and financial commitments Build rapport quickly and communicate with warmth and professionalism Stay calm with customers who may be scared, frustrated, confused, or financially stressed Give clear, detailed explanations and listen before offering solutions Are comfortable asking for the business and overcoming objections Can work independently and make sound decisions Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple customers, documents, calls, and digital systems Are genuinely prepared for four consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts Are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity Important Schedule Considerations The permanent schedule is 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, four days on/four days off. Initial training is generally conducted Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM for the first 2–3 weeks, with additional flexibility needed during the initial training period. Because these are 12-hour overnight shifts, we're prioritizing candidates who live within a reasonable, sustainable commute of Marietta, Atlanta, or Lawrenceville. Compensation & Benefits Introductory annualized compensation: approximately $37,440 Following training and demonstrated readiness to work independently, base compensation generally transitions to approximately $39,000–$41,600 annually Additional commission and performance-based incentive opportunities may become available based on readiness, management approval, and performance. Basic Requirements Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma/GED, have resided in Georgia for the immediately previous 12 consecutive months, and possess a current valid Georgia driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
