Customer Service Representatives - Remote

Resonance CX Partners identifies and validates customer-focused opportunities for experienced professionals. This role is with a client supporting their customer service project in Mesa, Arizona. Must be available 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and located in Arizona to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver a positive, friendly, and solution-focused experience with every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Learn and stay current on products, services, and company procedures.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Must be available 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and located in Arizona to work remotely.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Criminal background check is required.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

6 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
