About the role

The Account Specialist at ITS Logistics is the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service and meeting their day-to-day business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts and provide exemplary service
• Aid in order processing using multiple digital platforms
• Communicate effectively with clients and the warehouse operations team
• Work with ITS Fleet and Freight Brokerage to enhance customer service
• Provide regular updates on order status and special projects
• Adhere to and understand client contracts, perform billing and auditing
• Create and maintain standardized operating procedures for clients

Requirements

• Proficient in automated systems to resolve client issues
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including phone etiquette)
• Strong problem-solving and resolution abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
