Customer Service Representative - Troubleshooting and Support
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Company Description: Fortune Brands Innovations... This is description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Company Description" could be considered "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map sections accordingly.
We have:
- Position location: fully remote within US.
- Training & shift information: details about training schedule, start date, weeks, hours.
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour plus eligibility for bonus opportunities.
- Job Description (first block) describing role.
- Then "Job Description" again (duplicate) with more details: As a Customer Service Representative at Moen...
- Then "What You Will Do" list of duties.
- Then "Qualifications" list.
- Then "Preferred Qualifications".
- Then "Additional Information": includes base salary range $35k-$37k, bonus, benefits description.
- Then EEO etc (remove).
- Then Reasonable Accommodations (maybe keep? It's boilerplate? Might be considered legal; but instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Reasonable Accommodations is legal; likely remove.
- Then Important Notice about fraudulent job postings (remove).
- Then Skills Assessed During Interview Process (list).
- Then Additional Skills (list).
We need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role: could combine company description and position location? Maybe "About the role" includes overview of role and location. We'll include company description and location.
- Responsibilities: the "What You Will Do" list (duties). Also maybe the earlier description of role (diagnose problems, etc.) could be responsibilities. We'll combine.
- Requirements: the "Qualifications" list (mandatory). Could also include "Preferred Qualifications" as separate? But we can put under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction lists Qualifications as a possible heading. We'll have Qualifications for mandatory, and maybe Skills for preferred? Actually they have Skills section separate. We'll follow: Qualifications (mandatory), Skills (preferred or skills assessed). Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have Pay: compensation $17/hour plus bonus eligibility, also base salary range $35k-$37k. So we have pay info.
Schedule: training & shift information includes training schedule and rotating schedule after training. So we have schedule.
Benefits: Additional Information includes benefits description: robust health plans, 401(k) with company contribution, product discounts, flexible time off, adoption benefits, ERGs, etc.
Skills: Skills Assessed During Interview Process list, plus Additional Skills list.
We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have real content.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed. Check for any duplicated content: We included responsibilities from "What You Will Do". Also we might have missed some responsibilities from earlier paragraph: "As a Customer Service Representative at Moen, you will be the trusted expert customers rely on to resolve product questions, troubleshoot issues, and navigate warranty concerns. Through inbound phone, chat, or email interactions, you will diagnose problems, guide customers through clear troubleshooting steps, and determine the right resolution to ensure a positive and confident customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound decisions while working across multiple systems and resources. You will assess each customer’s situation, identify root causes, and provide accurate, easy-to-understand guidance that supports Moen’s commitment to exceptional service. We’re looking for individuals who can Think Fast by evaluating information and identifying solutions in real time; Work It Together by building trust through clear, empathetic communication; and Make the Hard Call by using good judgment to determine warranty eligibility, escalation needs, and the most appropriate customer resolution." These are also responsibilities. Should we include them? Yes, they are substantive. We could incorporate them into responsibilities list as additional items. Let's add them as bullet points. Add to responsibilities: - Diagnose product questions, troubleshoot issues, and navigate warranty concerns via inbound phone, chat, or email. - Guide customers through clear troubleshooting steps and determine the right resolution to ensure a positive customer experience. - Assess each customer’s situation, identify root causes, and provide accurate, easy-to-understand guidance. - Think Fast: evaluate information and identify solutions in real time. - Work It Together: build trust through clear, empathetic communication. - Make the Hard Call: use good judgment to determine warranty eligibility, escalation needs, and appropriate resolution. We'll add these. Also we might include "Think Fast", "Work It Together", "Make the Hard Call" as bullet points. Now ensure we didn't miss any qualifications: Already covered. Check for any other substantive content: "Additional Information" includes base salary range, bonus, benefits. We covered benefits and pay. Check for any other sections like "About the role" maybe we should include also the training description? But training is schedule. Now ensure we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output HTML fragment. Make sure to properly escape any special characters like & etc. Use & if needed.
