Customer Service Representative - Temporary

About the role

Temporary position - 6 month contract. Work from home role assisting families and schools participating in the scholarship program by responding to incoming calls regarding student inquiries, scholarship application and funding status, ensuring questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries.
• Handle scholarship application and funding status questions.
• Ensure all questions are answered and callers are satisfied.
• Assist with student registration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English

• Experience in customer service
