What You Will Do

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
