Carenet Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare and patient support.
Responsibilities
- Responds timely to customer inquiries and processes requests
- Addresses customer issues and finds workable solutions
- Provides responses to inquiries including scheduling appointments, referral inquiries, insurance questions, and medication requests
- Identifies and understands customer needs; builds trust and confidence quickly
- Learn and thrive in a remote work environment
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent (validated during background check)
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or the equivalent in related work experience
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, chat, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring, empathy, and compassion
- General knowledge of Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CIB, Teams, Tower, and BSA
- Able to provide 2 monitors 22 inches each with both HDMI and Display ports
