Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or industrial environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, order management, or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide professional and timely support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders, changes, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Cook up with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Communicate order status, shipping information, and product updates to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
