Customer Service Representative - Part time Patient Registration

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to support patient registration.
• Route written communications as appropriate.
• Communicate with others in person, by telephone, and/or email utilizing various communication technologies.
• Receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
• Determine work priorities on assigned shifts.
• Assist with supporting associates on new procedures and duties to be performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead as needed.

Requirements

• Education Level: High School (equivalent experience will be considered).
• No prior experience required.

Pay

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.50 - $18.99 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
