Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Interact with domestic and international customers in airport lobbies and at gates, assisting with ticketing and baggage.
• Greet customers as they start and end their journey, providing friendly, professional, and confident service.
• Resolve customer travel issues and create a welcoming, respectful environment.
• Communicate with other departments and flight crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform job functions at Ticket Counters, Gates, Baggage areas, and operate passenger loading bridges.
• Conduct safety checks and complete required training certifications.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
• Able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift.
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position (e.g., FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal Service clearances).
• Must pass a background check and pre-placement drug screen.
• Available during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position.
• Must meet uniform and appearance standards.
• Must be willing and able to work 100% on-site.
• Successful completion of interview and assessment required to meet job qualifications.

Pay

The starting rate for this role is $19.64 per hour. This position is also bonus eligible (e.g., profit sharing).
