Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

What You’ll Handle

As a part-time Customer Service Representative in our Minocqua branch, you’ll help customers with everyday banking needs and keep things running smoothly at the front line.

You’re here to make visits easy, accurate, and welcoming.

• Greeting customers and assisting with routine teller transactions and account requests
• Handling cash with strong attention to detail and balancing work accurately
• Spotting opportunities to connect customers with the right products/services
• Using bank systems to complete work efficiently while juggling multiple requests

Required Qualifications/skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience (a plus)
• Solid computer skills and clear, friendly communication
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
