Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

About the role

FASTSIGNS #282101 is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Participate in daily team meetings and be involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers primarily via email and telephone, and occasionally in-person
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing personality, eager to learn, ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organizational skills
