What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer and manage inbound/outbound phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Draft customer correspondences, contracts, and service documents
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems
- Support the team with general administrative duties
- Participate in our Emergency After-Hours Dispatch Phone rotation (additional pay provided)
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, supportive, and bright personality
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative, or office support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Bilingual a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks, and general office software
