Essential Job Duties
- Aid in customer paint orders and mix paint according to formulas.
- Handle phone and email inquiries related to price quotes and customer service.
- Communicate with customers via call center functions.
- Generate sales and purchases from online leads.
- Assume responsibilities such as managing inventory, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries.
- May require knowledge of eBay and eCommerce sites.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer relations skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions.
- Attention to details.
Basic Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Call Center Customer service experience.
- Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish.
- 2+ years of college education.
