About the role
We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused candidates to join our team in Bengaluru. The customer support associate will handle healthcare-related queries and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service processes and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to queries such as prior authorization of billing, claims, or patient support.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Process and manage healthcare-related documentation, claims, and billing records.
- Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
- Handle email and chat support as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.
- Typing speed: minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
- English proficiency: B-2 level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, billing, or customer support preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
