Customer Service Representative (Multi Branch Support)

About the role

This position supports the Kennett, Sikeston, and Poplar Bluff locations. You will be the first face customers see and the most important memory, helping them over the phone and in‑person when they have a financial need.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in‑person.
• Market for new and continued customer business.
• Prepare and process loans and income tax returns.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Desire to learn a new industry with paid on‑the‑job training.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations (Kennett, Sikeston, Poplar Bluff).
• Interest in career advancement opportunities.
• Preference for an open office environment.
• No prior finance experience required; a customer‑centric attitude is essential.
