Role Summary: Beyond the Call Center As a Customer Service & Operations Specialist, you’ll manage the entire order lifecycle and be a central figure in improving the customer experience and driving operational efficiency. You’ll move beyond simple order entry to participate in value-added projects that lead to overall business improvement and cost savings.
