Customer Service Representative - Kishigo

Kishigo, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate issues, and find timely resolutions. The role serves as the liaison between sales staff and customers. Kishigo, established in 1971, is a leader in high-visibility safety apparel and accessories.

About the role

This is an on-site opportunity located in Fountain Valley, CA.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps
• Enter and process orders
• Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service
• Expedite orders as required
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Manufacturing or industrial customer service experience preferred
• Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay

Kishigo California salary range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location.
