Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
As the Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the key liaison between Ardent Mills’ external customers and internal stakeholders, building trust and serving those both inside and outside of the organization.
Responsibilities

Order Management/Fulfillment
- Accurate order entry, contract application, and price confirmation management.
- Solicit customer orders based on customer trends and/or customer inventory.
- Work cross-functionally with mill schedulers, transportation, sales, and supply chain to meet customer expectations.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between the customer and all internal Ardent Mills functions.
- Create and foster positive customer relationships through daily/weekly interaction and timely, professional service.
- Acquire and maintain customer insight/information and provide it to the business.
Incident Management
- Resolve customer incidents, collaborating with all parties to make decisions that are best for all involved.
- Track customer relationships using the Incident Management Process and communicate relevant information throughout the organization.
Demand Management
- Track and communicate changes in short-term customer demand and escalate as appropriate to ensure proactive ability to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Preferred: Customer service experience including order entry and customer relationship management.
- Preferred: Microsoft GP or other ERP software working knowledge.
- Preferred: Logistics and/or Transportation experience.
- Ability to delve into details and problem solve.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver accurate results in an efficient manner.
- Willingness to lead by example, help drive team engagement, and influence others positively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not necessary).
- Available to work after-hours coverage on a periodic basis during evenings and weekends in addition to your usual schedule.
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid work arrangement and will be based in the assigned work location. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person from their assigned office location two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), except when traveling for business.
Pay
Market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $25.90 - $33.00 per hour. Additional earning potential is possible commensurate with experience. Team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. The targeted bonus for this role is 5% annual (MIP).
