Customer Service Representative - FT

Avis Budget Group is hiring immediately for a dynamic, hands-on role at our airport locations.

About the role

This is an outdoor, multi-function position where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. You’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

Pay

$16.00/hour. Shift premium may apply.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills
• Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence required (this position cannot be performed remotely)

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
