Customer Service Representative for D2B Omada Store

TP-Link · Irvine, CA · 3 wk ago
OTHR$60k–$75k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes "About Us" then role description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About Us (company description) maybe "About the role" is not explicitly present but we have description of role. Could treat "About the role" as the paragraph describing role. The posting includes responsibilities list, requirements list, benefits list, salary range (Pay). No explicit schedule. No qualifications separate from requirements? There's "Requirements" section with bullet list. There's also "What You'll Bring" which is like qualifications/skills. Could map that to "Qualifications" or "Skills". We need to decide. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation, etc. Also remove the CSS snippet and HTML style tags. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: About Us: description of company. Could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company overview. Could be placed under a heading "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could create a section "About the role" containing the description of the role and maybe company overview? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include those headings only if content exists. We have content for: - About the role: we have description of role: "As a Customer Service Representative for the Omada Store, you will serve as the primary point of contact..." plus maybe the "About Us" company description could be considered part of role context. We'll include that. - Responsibilities: list of duties (bulleted). We'll put in
  • . - Requirements: list (Bachelor's Degree, 2+ year experience, etc). We'll put in
    • . - Qualifications/Skills: "What You'll Bring" includes passion, communication skills, organization, multitask, collaborative mindset, experience in customer service, e-commerce, order management, or related support functions preferred. That's more like qualifications/skills. Could be placed under "Qualifications" or "Skills". We'll choose "Qualifications". Or we could split: Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (soft skills). But we have limited sections; better to put under "Qualifications". However we already have Requirements section for education/experience; Qualifications could be for skills/attributes. We'll do that. - Benefits: list of benefits (salary range, insurance, 401k, pay increases, health and wellness, gym membership, team-building events). We'll put in
      • . - Pay: we have salary range: $60,000 - $75,000. Could be separate Pay section. But we already included salary range in Benefits; but instruction says create Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range. So we should have a Pay section with that info. Benefits section then would exclude salary range. We'll separate. - Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, diversity statement, visa sponsorship, third-party agency, etc. Also remove the "As a global company..." paragraph about diversity and equal employment. Also remove the "Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time." Also remove the CSS snippet and style tags. Also remove duplicated lines: maybe the "About Us" appears twice? Actually there is "About Us:" then later "At TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching..." That's EEO/diversity. We'll remove that. Also remove the "We believe technology changes the world for the better!" etc. That's part of About Us; we can keep some of that as company description? It's substantive? It's more fluff but still part of About Us. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the company description sentences that are substantive about mission etc. However we might consider them boilerplate? They are not legal/EEO; they are marketing. Probably keep. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

        Pay:

        Pay

        Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, diversity, visa sponsorship, third-party agency. Also removed the CSS snippet and style tags. Also removed the duplicated lines like "At TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals..." etc. That's EEO/diversity; removed. Check if any other boilerplate like "Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time." removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Us" paragraph includes the mission statements; we kept them. The "What You'll Bring" we turned into Qualifications. The "Experience with e-commerce platforms..." is in About the role paragraph; we kept that. The "Experience with networking products or consumer electronics is a plus." is in About the role; we kept. Check if any content about "Experience with Shopify Admin is preferred." appears both in About the role and Requirements; we have it in Requirements. That's fine. Check if any content about "Experience with returns, refunds, order fulfillment, or fraud review is a plus." appears in Requirements; we have. Check if any content about "Experience with networking products or consumer electronics is a plus, but not required." appears in Requirements; we have. Check if any content about "Candidates who enjoy helping customers, investigating issues, and driving resolutions will excel in this role." is in About the role; we kept.
