Summary

The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be Huntington Main and will float to Barboursville, Proctorville and Ironton Baking Centers.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Models the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge
  • Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions
  • Follows proper balancing and cash handling procedures
  • Complies and operates within security and audit procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information
  • Contributes to a team environment to meet customer needs
  • Determines appropriate individual/line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues
  • Completes outbound customer calls as needed to support sales and service needs
  • Develops and maintains working knowledge of the Bank's products and services

Other Skills And Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Effective communication skills to present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Strong product knowledge for the level of selling and successfully promoting products expected with position
  • Solid mathematical and analytical skills preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be flexible
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work all hours of operations

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
