Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

GEM is hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support customer engagement and community outreach activities. This is an in-person position for individuals interested in developing professional experience in customer service, communication, community outreach, and event support. Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in marketing or customer service is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the responsibilities of the position. Responsibilities Interact professionally with customers and members of the communityProvide information and assistance regarding client programs and servicesAnswer questions and communicate information clearly and accuratelySupport customer engagement and community outreach activitiesAssist with event and promotional activitiesMaintain professional communication with customers, team members, and clientsFollow established procedures and campaign guidelinesWork with team members to complete daily responsibilitiesParticipate in training and team meetingsMaintain a professional and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and reliable approach to workAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to interact professionally with customers and community membersWillingness to learn and receive trainingPrevious customer service experience is helpful but not required Training and Development GEM provides training for employees who are new to the role. Training focuses on customer communication, client and community engagement, teamwork, and the responsibilities associated with supporting outreach and event activities. This position can provide recent graduates and other entry-level candidates with an opportunity to develop transferable professional skills through hands-on work experience.
