Customer Service Representative - CSR

About the role

Laplante Electric Inc. of Scarborough, ME is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist clients with inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by phone and in-person
• Stay in touch with clients throughout the project process
• Assist owners with special customer service-related projects
• Cover for service, project, and other client experience personnel
• Manage client inquiries in a timely manner
• Respond to social media inquiries
• Keep files updated and organized
• Ensure clients are informed and happy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• A love for ensuring customer happiness
• A happy and optimistic attitude and disposition
• Fantastic communication skills
• Efficient and effective work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well with a team
• Effective time management and task prioritization
