Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication throughout the repair process, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will handle scheduling, payment processing, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and maintain positive rapport throughout the repair processAnswer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionallyCoordinate repair appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pickups efficientlyCommunicate with insurance companies to verify coverage, deductibles, and process claimsManage rental car arrangements, including scheduling and returnsProcess customer payments accurately and maintain detailed recordsUpdate customers regularly on the status of their vehicle repairsAssist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain organized documentation and update relevant management systems Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive or collision repair industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with computer systems and software, including scheduling and claims management toolsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyValid driver's license is an assetAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Benefits Competitive payBenefitsHours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
