Customer Service Representative (Commercial)

The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) supporting our Commercial division, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion. You’ll work closely with builders, homeowners, and internal teams to provide accurate estimates, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience. What You’ll Do Prepare estimates by interpreting blueprints and completing measurementsAssist customers in person, by phone, and via emailProcess orders, quotes, and payments accurately and efficientlyMaintain up-to-date pricing and communicate timelines, delays, and product detailsGuide customers through product selection and upsell where appropriateCoordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project executionResolve customer concerns and escalate issues when neededEnsure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and order detailsMaintain detailed customer records and proactive communication throughout the process What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer service experience (industry experience preferred)Experience reading blueprints and completing take-offs/measurements (1–2 years preferred)Interior design background is a plusStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesAbility to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tactBasic math skillsValid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check What We Offer Competitive pay: $25–$35/hour (DOE)Comprehensive benefits package:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverageCompany-paid Life & AD&D InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical & Dependent Care)401(k) with company participationA stable, growing company with long-term career opportunitiesA supportive, team-oriented workplace culture Why FLOFORM?
