About the role

FLOFORM Countertops is a company with 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Established in 1961, they are recognized as one of North America's Best Managed Companies. They are currently expanding and are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support their Commercial division.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates by interpreting blueprints and completing measurements
  • Aid customers in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process orders, quotes, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing and communicate timelines, delays, and product details
  • Guide customers through product selection and upsell where appropriate
  • Cook with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and order details
  • Maintain detailed customer records and proactive communication throughout the process

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (industry experience preferred)
  • Experience reading blueprints and completing take-offs/measurements (1–2 years preferred)
  • An interior design background is a plus
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Basic math skills
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

Qualifications
