About the role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service across a variety of inbound communication channels, supporting both customers and staff by resolving routine account related requests, answering questions, and completing service related tasks. The role also supports customers with a wide range of bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels and payment services.

Pay

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is full-time, working in-office at the Bank's Retail Operations Center in Newburyport.
