Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

About the role

Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence for routine inquiries and issues. Assist clients with completing online applications and refer complex issues to senior staff. Work primarily on-site at a designated location; remote work is not available until after one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use computerized systems for tracking, troubleshooting, and information gathering.
• Follow policies, privacy, and HIPAA regulations while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Update call logs and report system issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.
• Participate in ongoing training, including Medicare certification for relevant roles.
• Offer meaningful impact by assisting vulnerable populations navigate healthcare benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site, adhere to schedules, and participate in required training.
• Availability for overtime and scheduled holidays.

Pay

Starting pay of $17.17/hr plus a 10% shift differential for evening/night shifts. Potential bonuses.
