The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Titlemax Waxahachie, TX is an entry-level opportunity designed to help people access financial solutions they need, fostering strong customer relationships and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
  • Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services tailored to their lifestyles.
  • Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Complete daily call campaigns to assist in customer account management and collections.
  • Absorb and manage customer appointments, accept payments, and perform store errands as needed.
  • Participate in in-store and community events to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and adhere to cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management, as needed.
  • Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on product and process changes.
  • Work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meeting individual and team performance standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
  • Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
  • Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
  • At least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls.
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing is a plus.
  • Prior cash handling and cash drawer/vault management experience is beneficial.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
