About the role
A friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (Back of House) is needed to support our families, our team, and daily operations through phone, email, scheduling, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting clients with scheduling, account questions, purchases, and program information.
- Support daily operations through administrative and behind-the-scenes coordination.
- Communicate with families professionally through phone and email.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Help maintain accurate client records and support enrollment needs.
Requirements
- Passionate, friendly, organized, and dependable individuals.
- Strong customer service and administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
