About the role

You are essential in providing a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our Homeaglow Cleaning Professionals. As a CP Onboarding Agent, you will guide cleaning professionals through the initial stages of their journey with our company, ensuring they understand and are satisfied with our services. You will be the first point of contact for new cleaning professionals, responsible for addressing their questions, concerns, and helping them navigate our platform.
