Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with customer service-related and defined functions, including answering inbound client calls for ACH phone payments, general servicing-related questions including escrow, taxes, insurance, payment options, and billing information
- Participate in department daily functions and duties, including mailed payment processing, processing of ServiceNow tickets (Internal Task assignment System), and set up of ACH monthly payments
- Participate in and complete required compliance and special trainings as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of directly related customer service experience
- Call Center Experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Overtime may be required

Pay
The estimated salary range for this role is $36,000-$47,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
