Customer Service Representative

About the role
As a Customer Care Agent, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues. You must communicate effectively and professionally in a conversational manner and remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities

- Effectively multi-task and navigate multiple systems
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and keyboarding skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
